As a member of the College of Podiatry we follow the written standards set by the College.
These standards cover areas relating to Decontamination, Infection Control, Clinical Environment, Safe Working Practice, Health and Safety in the work place, Record keeping, and Consent and Confidentiality.
At Feet by Phil – Podiatry Service, we’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please be assured we treat your information with the utmost of care and will never sell it to other companies. We will always ask your consent to contact you via Post, Phone, SMS and other electronic means.
When we do contact/ meet you we may ask you about changes to your health and any drugs you are taking. Make a note of their names and tell me about them when you attend.
If you change address or telephone number, please let me know as soon as possible. This helps keep your records up to date and my recall system more efficient.
From time to time, I may ask you to consent to filling in a medical history assessment to assist in your diagnosis and treatment. This information is confidential and you have a choice about how this data is used.
